Logistics & Consolidation in China

Coordinate goods from one or multiple Chinese suppliers before international shipment. CCG organizes consolidation, shipment preparation and China-side logistics around your order.

CCG representative coordinating consolidated supplier shipments with warehouse staff in China

One shipment can start at several factories.

When products come from multiple suppliers, each one may finish on a different date, with its own packaging, pickup point and paperwork.

Sending every order separately adds freight cost and makes the overall move harder to track. CCG organizes the China side so goods can be brought together and prepared according to the agreed plan.

The same approach applies with a single supplier, where the goods need additional preparation before export.

Bring the shipment together.

Supplier collection

Arrange pickup or delivery from the participating manufacturers to the agreed consolidation point.

Receiving

Record incoming deliveries and match them against the available shipment information.

Consolidation

Bring products from multiple suppliers together for combined shipment where commercially and operationally appropriate.

Shipment preparation

Organize the agreed packing, labeling, palletization or other preparation required before handover.

Documentation

Collect the supplier and shipment documents required for the agreed logistics process.

Freight coordination

Arrange communication and handover with the selected freight, trucking, warehouse or customs-service providers.

Combine orders before they leave China.

Supplier A finishes one part of the shipment. Supplier B finishes another. Supplier C may work to different packaging or timing.

Rather than treating each factory as its own international shipment, goods can be routed to an agreed consolidation point and prepared for combined transport where appropriate.

In suitable cases this reduces duplicated handling and freight. The actual result depends on supplier locations, cargo volume, timing and the selected transport method.

Know what has arrived.

Once goods reach the consolidation point, the immediate task is establishing what has come in and whether it matches the paperwork. Depending on the agreed scope, that can include:

Receiving checks confirm what physically arrived — carton counts, visible condition, matching against documents. They are separate from product quality inspection, which is arranged through Quality Control when the project requires it.

Prepare the cargo for the agreed route.

Requirements differ by product, destination and shipping method.

Depending on the shipment, that can include:

Repacking Carton replacement Protective packaging Labeling & shipping marks Palletization Container-load preparation

The physical packaging and warehouse work is typically carried out by the selected warehouse or logistics provider. CCG organizes the requirements, approval and execution within the agreed scope.

Coordinate the handover from China.

Once the cargo is ready, CCG works with the selected logistics providers to arrange the agreed shipment. Depending on project scope, this can involve:

DDP or other delivery structures can be evaluated where commercially and legally appropriate for the product and destination. Availability is confirmed for the specific shipment before the route is agreed.
